No, you can search for flights without creating an account. However, registration is free and gives you access to additional features like saving searches, receiving email alerts when prices drop, and viewing price trends over time.

Simply enter your departure and destination airports (or cities), select your travel dates, and click search. Our system searches through thousands of flight options from multiple airlines and travel agencies to find you the best deals. You can also use our flexible search options to find deals across multiple destinations or entire regions.

The Destination Explorer is a powerful feature that helps you discover the cheapest destinations from your location. Instead of searching for a specific destination, you can search by continent, country, or even search "anywhere" to find the best deals across multiple destinations. It's perfect for when you're flexible about where you want to travel!

Once you save a search, you can enable email notifications in your account settings. We'll automatically check prices for your saved searches and send you an email when we find good deals. You can choose to receive notifications daily or weekly, and you can set price filters to only get notified when prices drop below a certain amount.

We check prices for saved searches daily at 6:00 AM Eastern Time. If you've set your notification frequency to weekly, we'll check your searches every Tuesday at 6:00 AM Eastern Time. You can also manually run a saved search anytime from your dashboard to get the latest prices.

Price Trends is an analytics feature that shows you how flight prices have changed over time for your saved searches. You can see price charts, identify the best times to book, and get insights on which routes offer the best deals. This helps you make informed decisions about when to book your flights.

When performing a flight search, check the "Save this search" checkbox and give your search a name. Saved searches will appear in your dashboard, where you can run them again, view price trends, or delete them. You can save as many searches as you'd like!

Go to your Settings page (accessible from the dashboard or navigation menu) and adjust your email notification preferences. You can enable or disable email notifications and choose between daily or weekly notification frequency. You can also set price filters to only receive alerts when prices drop below a certain threshold.

Visit your Settings page to update your email address or change your password. To change your email, you'll need to enter your current password for security. To change your password, you'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.

If you've forgotten your password, click "Login" in the navigation menu, then click "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link will be valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Currently, account deletion must be done manually. Please contact us at grant@get-roam.com if you'd like to delete your account and all associated data. We'll process your request promptly.

Roam Travel is a flight search and price tracking service. When you find a flight you like, you'll be redirected to the airline or travel agency's website to complete your booking. We don't handle bookings directly, but we make it easy to find the best deals and track prices.

Prices are sourced directly from airlines and travel agencies through our flight data provider. While we strive to show the most current prices, flight prices can change rapidly. The price you see when you click through to book may differ slightly from what's displayed, as airlines update their prices in real-time. Always verify the final price on the booking site.

Flight prices are highly dynamic and can change within minutes. Airlines and travel agencies update their prices frequently based on demand, availability, and other factors. Additionally, the final price on the booking site may include taxes, fees, or other charges that weren't included in the initial search result. This is normal in the travel industry.

Prices are currently displayed in US Dollars (USD). The booking site you're redirected to may show prices in a different currency based on your location or the airline's pricing policy.

Roam Travel is currently free to use because it's a newer project focused on helping travelers find great deals. We receive a very small percentage when someone books a flight through our search results, which helps support the service. Our goal is to provide value to travelers by making it easy to find and track flight deals.

Flight data comes from the Kiwi/Tequila API (tequila-api.kiwi.com), which is a very robust and popular flight data source. This API aggregates flight information from hundreds of airlines and travel agencies worldwide, giving you access to a comprehensive database of flight options and prices.

We receive a very small percentage commission when someone books a flight through our search results. This affiliate relationship allows us to keep the service free for users while covering our operational costs. We're committed to always showing you the best deals, regardless of commission rates.

Roam Travel works best with modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience. The site is also mobile-responsive and works well on tablets and smartphones.

There are a few reasons you might not receive an email: (1) Email notifications might be disabled in your account settings, (2) No deals were found that met your price filter criteria, (3) The email might be in your spam/junk folder, (4) Your notification frequency setting means emails are only sent daily or weekly. Check your Settings page to verify your notification preferences.

Yes, we take data security seriously. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and protection against common web vulnerabilities. Your personal information is stored securely and only used to provide the service.

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (username, email, password), your saved searches, and flight deals we find for you. We also collect basic usage data to improve the service. We do not collect payment information as we don't handle bookings directly.

Yes! You can delete any saved search from your dashboard. Simply click the delete button next to the search you want to remove. This will permanently delete the search and its associated price history.
