What data do we collect?

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (username, email, password), your saved searches, and flight deals we find for you. We also collect basic usage data to improve the service. We do not collect payment information, as we don't handle bookings directly.

How is my data used?

Your data is used solely to provide the service: to save your searches, send you email notifications, generate price trends, and improve your experience. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to generate community-wide insights (like best booking days), but this never includes personally identifiable information.

Do you share my data with third parties?

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third parties that are necessary to provide the service: our flight data provider (Kiwi/Tequila API) for flight searches, and our email service provider (Mailgun) for sending notifications. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements. We also use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the service is used.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete any saved search from your dashboard at any time, which permanently removes the search and its associated price history. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.

Social media accounts

Roam Travel operates city-specific social media accounts (including on Instagram and Facebook) that publish publicly available flight deal information sourced from our own flight search data. These accounts do not collect personal data from their followers beyond what the platform itself provides.
